Welcome to the 2020 First Tee of Fort Worth Majors Golf Pool!

  Entry Fee $25 to participate in an individual tournament. What You Get:
  • Entry into the Masters Tournament pool only
  • Ability to compete for the prizes for the current tournament only (see below)
$100 to participate in the tournament series. The series option will only be available for the PGA Championship.  What You Get:
  • Entry into all three majors in the series
  • Ability to compete for the prizes for each individual major tournament (see below)
  • Ability to compete for the prizes for the entire series (see below)
The following tournaments are included in the pool:
  • PGA Championship (August 6th-9th). Entry/pick deadline August 5th at 11:59 pm.
  • US Open (September 17th-20th). Entry/pick deadline September 16th at 11:59 pm.
  • The Masters (November 12th-15th). Entry/pick deadline November 11th at 11:59 pm.
Rules Each tournament has six tiers or groupings of players. Select one player from each tier totaling six (6) players for each tournament. The total earnings of the selected players comprise your team outcome for each event. All standings are measured by monetary earnings, not the final score or position finish. Total earnings of the selected players will be calculated for each event and is also accumulated over the entire season for the Tournament Series Contest. It is critical that you get your pick in by the tournament deadline. If you fail to select a team, zero earnings will be assigned. All picks will be hidden until the tournament has begun. The deadline for entry into a tournament and to have your picks chosen is the Wednesday of tournament week at 11:59 pm. Good luck!
Masters Tournament Prizes You will be eligible for these prizes if you participate in the individual tournament or if you participate in the entire tournament series.

First Place

Two (2) 2021 Charles Schwab Challenge Clubhouse Badges for the week, Augusta National Vintage 1935 Yearbook Print, Blue Sky Media Golf Pass & a Ben Hogan Bobblehead.

Second Place

Two (2) 2021 Charles Schwab Challenge Grounds Badges for the week, Masters Golf Towel, One (1) Dozen Volvik Golf Balls, Blue Sky Media Golf Pass & Ben Hogan Bobblehead.

Third Place

Volvik Golf Bag, Masters Golf Towel, "Secrets of the Master" - The Best of Bobby Jones Book, Blue Sky Media Golf Pass & a Ben Hogan Bobblehead.

Tournament Series Prizes You will be eligible for these prizes if you participate in the entire tournament series only.

Colonial Experience: A round of golf for four (4) players with a caddie, warm up lesson with Director of Instruction – Brian Schorsten, tour of the Ben Hogan Museum and lunch with the tournament chairman. Each player also receives a Charles Schwab Challenge gift.

Shady Oaks Experience: A round of golf for three (3) players with a forecaddie, lunch with Texas Golf Half of Fame Inductee and Director of Golf, Mike Wright. Each player also receives a gift from the Ben Hogan Foundation.

Starr Hollow Experience: A golf outing for eight (8) players at the exclusive Starr Hollow Golf Club in Tolar, Texas. Rated as the top nine-hole course in Texas! Enjoy a wonderful day at one of the most relaxing Golf Clubs in Texas that includes lunch in the Starr Hollow Ranch & Clubhouse. Transportation to and from the outing in the First Tee bus funded by the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation.

How to Participate To participate in the 2020 First Tee Majors Pool, simply complete the form below and pay your entry fee online. Once paid, you will immediately be directed to a web page with your access code to join the pool.
