Why Volunteer?

First Tee — Fort Worth is about so much more than golf – it’s about strengthening our community and you can help, whether you play golf or not. You only need to enjoy working with young people, and have a willingness and ability to serve as a positive role model. You can make an impact by taking as little as an hour of your week to assist in our classes and other programs!

What will you do as a volunteer in classes? Help us maintain a safe environment for our kids during class and reinforce the Life Skills lessons taught by our coaches. No golf experience required!

First Tee — Fort Worth is in constant need of talented people to coach or assist in Life Skills Programming at one of our many program locations. We also need volunteers throughout the year to help with our fundraising events, including our annual fundraising golf tournaments, various opportunities during the Charles Schwab Challenge, and many more.

Volunteering Has Its Perks!

Our volunteers are a huge part of successful and safe classes! As a thank you, when you volunteer with us for an 8-week session of classes, we’ll give you a free session of classes for your child (or niece, nephew, grandchild, family friend) the next season! Not to mention the rewarding feeling you’ll get when you make a positive impact on a child’s life!

A Better You!

When you help kids become the best version of themselves, you might discover the best version of yourself along the way!

So if you’re looking to make a difference in your community, sign up today and help us build game changers for the future!
